Why this particular cause?
I know what it's like to be a little older and to feel like this... "you have your whole life ahead of you, but it's too late for me", "what difference does it really make now","who even gives a s..t anymore", "I haven't done anything with my life", "I'm a loser","I'm too sick, tired, and screwed up to ever change"
GOD grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Courage is the willingness to be afraid and act anyway. Act as if you believe, until you do. Faith without works is dead.
GOD, I offer myself to thee, to build with me and do with me as thou wilt. Relieve me of the BONDAGE OF SELF, that I may better do thy will. Take away my difficulties that VICTORY over them may bear witness to those I may help of thy love, thy power, and thy way of life. May I do thy will always. AMEN.
